5 Stars Good Stuff
Good stuff. IT is definitely helping me gain weight with regular gym visits. I prefer to use it with milk so I can cut the amount of powder I use by 1/4 to save money but still get the same amount of protein. I like the chocolate flavor, but made the mistake of buying the chocolate peanut butter one this last time. It is GROSS! I think I will stick to chocolate for now.
2 Stars Levels of Lead, Arsenic, Mercury & Cadmium are a concern
Muscle Milk has been one of my favorites, but some of the levels of heavy metals concerning. Consumer Reports July 2010 issue reported that Muscle Milk exceeded the USP levels of cadmium and lead, and also had arsenic and mercury. I will most likely choose another from now on.

The July 2010 Consumer Reports found high levels of Lead and Cadmium in this. This is near poisonous! Stay the heck away from this unless you want to poison your self.

I’ve tried probably a dozen kinds of protein powders. I found that this product has the absolute best taste so far (I like chocolate in skim milk) for the price, especially on Amazon. I ordinarily take the recommended serving right after I workout in the evening and have had some success gaining lean muscle in the two months I’ve been using it. Overall good quality nutrition and taste for price. Others have mentioned difficulty getting it to mix well. I use a magic bullet, so it only takes a second. I have one of those shaker bottles (with the spherical mixer ball inside) that makes quick work of it too.

This stuff works, and it tastes good! Most other products similar to this that I have used in the past always had a weird taste, this stuff is really good tho! I use this for lunch at work since I do a lot of heavy lifting. I have seen fat disappear and muscle show up where it was. Cant really say anything better than that about it….
