User Ratings and Reviews
2 Stars It has too much cholesterol.
Tastes great, but it has ten times more cholesterol than other meal replacements. I contacted the manufacturer to find out why it has 150mg of cholesterol, but they never responded. Compare labels and buy a brand that won’t clog your arteries.
5 Stars Best MRP that I’ve found to date
I’ve cycled through probably 5 different meal replacement packets on and off over the past few years and they’re all pretty similar - thick, clumpy, and ranging from “school glue” to “eh” in flavor - but the Optimum Nutrition packs (the strawberry in particular) are actually bordering on tasty. They have a bit of added fiber as well, so I no longer have to add a fiber bar to the end of every shake. And on top of all that, they have the distinction of being the only complete MRP I’ve ever used that can actually be stirred to drink-ability with just a spoon. Everything else requires a trip through the blender or it’s like drinking chicken and dumplings.
