THIS IS THE BEST BOOK ON WEIGHT TRAINING. I HAD NOT IDEA THERE WERE SO MANY EXERCISES. I LOVE LOVE THIS BOOK!!! THIS IS A MUST HAVE IF YOU ARE INTO WEIGHT TRAINING!!!!

4 Stars Bill Pearlman’s Key to the Inner Universe
This is really a great book. It has spanned the passage of time very well. There are some great exercises in there that I have not heard of and I have been body building for 25 years. The only negative comment is on a lot of the exercises it will only say ‘good for quads’. But, which part of the quads? The upper, the tear drops. Only trial and error will tell. But a great book none the less.

Great Book. it has hundreds of illustrations of excercises; each showing what muscle is being worked and how to properly execute the excercise. allows me to quickly mix and match my workout excercises. and it has the blah blah how be a muscle man shpil. I would like to find a book like this but modernized. For instance in this book is Good Mornings. We know now that these can actually be bad for your back. But still an over all good buy. I use it everyday for quick reference. So much I had to tape the outside back and cover together.
